The group has niche capabilities in the sports sector, and is also knowledgeable in sectors such as energy, real estate, construction, banking and finance, and maritime and logistics. Joining the firm in January 2025 through the merger with Özkan Gürden Bingöl Attorney Partnership, the group is led by seasoned litigator and sports expert Erden Gürden , M&A and dispute resolution specialist Güryay Bingöl , and Mert Tezcan who has a broad litigation practice as well as expertise in alternative dispute resolution.
