Pekin & Pekin acts for a diverse client base consisting of multinational corporations, Turkish conglomerates, global brands and financial institutions in a variety of disputes, with particular expertise in commercial litigation. The group has niche capabilities in the sports sector, and is also knowledgeable in sectors such as energy, real estate, construction, banking and finance, and maritime and logistics. Joining the firm in January 2025 through the merger with Özkan Gürden Bingöl Attorney Partnership, the group is led by seasoned litigator and sports expert Erden Gürden , M&A and dispute resolution specialist Güryay Bingöl , and Mert Tezcan who has a broad litigation practice as well as expertise in alternative dispute resolution. Erdem Atilla left the group in December 2024.
