With a strong track record in appellate work, 3 Hare Court   is geared to handle commercial disputes across Bermuda, Jamaica, and the Bahamas. With vast experience in appeal work, Thomas Roe KC, appeared before the Privy Council in Barnes v Moxey, overturning the ruling of a Bahamian court in a family property dispute. Tom Poole KC’s caseload encompasses civil fraud, asset recovery, and shareholder disputes, and he was recently instructed on a $25m appeal before the Privy Council concerning unpaid works on a Trinidad infrastructure project. Rowan Pennington-Benton recently represented Grenada’s Investment Migration Agency in a politically sensitive proceeding pertaining to the citizenship-by-investment regime. Robert Strang appeared on a Privy Council appeal, Van Dyke Jude v Della Nolan (St Lucia), which clarified the law on undue influence in family property transfers.
