Kudun & Partners' practice is jointly headed up by Peerasanti Somritutai and Mayuree Sapsutthiporn; the former is well placed to assist clients across the gamut of real estate matters, including those with a nexus to banking and finance and corporate issues, while the latter heads up the China practice and as such has notable capabilities advising on Chinese investments into Thailand and vice versa. Example of the team's workload include assisting real estate developers with listings on the Thai Stock Exchange, and advising on investment and development matters in the leisure and hospitality sector.
