The client portfolio includes prominent entities in the entertainment, consumer goods, and food and beverage sectors; the group is regularly instructed in patent and trade mark filings, IP strategy matters and cases concerning the protection of IP rights. Trade mark, patent and copyright litigation are core areas of instruction for Franck Fougere, who co-leads the department with Monnat Theerachat, Kritchakorn Nimwenai and Nuttakorn Sorakun.
