The group is frequently engaged on mandates involving Swiss and international data frameworks, emerging digital governance regimes and sector-specific compliance across finance, healthcare, retail and mobility. The department is driven by Nicola Benz, who advises on a wide range of commercial contracts, competition and regulatory matters, and data protection issues, and Lukas Bühlmann, whose practice focuses on e-commerce, data protection, digital advertising and digital business models. Michael Reinle and Michael Schüepp play key roles in the team’s data and technology mandates.
