Nabholz has strength in cross-border tax structuring, tax litigation and financial services taxation, frequently advising on M&A and regulatory-driven transactions. Martin focuses on international corporate tax, VAT, and wealth structuring for HNWIs and families. The team is increasingly tasked with advising on digital economy and DLT-related tax matters.
