Kellerhals Carrard‘s tax team, led by Serge Migy, is recognised for its ’out of the box thinking’ and ‘innovative entrepreneurial mindset.’ Migy himself advises on transactional taxes and liabilities arising out of restructurings, while the team advises on national and international matters, including M&A, corporate restructurings, financings, relocations and tax rulings. Giovanni Stucchi focuses on general tax planning and cross-border matters, in addition to assisting with restructuring measures. In January 2025, Kerim Tbaishat and Angelica M. Schwarz joined the partnership, both bringing experience from their previous roles at Voser Rechtsanwälte KlG and Bär & Karrer Ltd. Regina Schlup Guignard departed the firm in July 2025.
