Pestalozzi‘s tax department is led by Jonas Sigrist, a Swiss certified tax expert and attorney who advises international and domestic clients on a range of tax matters, with particular expertise in structuring cross-border M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations. The firm acts for a client roster that includes multinationals and SMEs across the life sciences, commodities and financial services. Formerly of EY Law AG, Remo Keller joined the partnership in February 2025, following Nils Harbeke’s departure in December 2024, strengthening the firm’s capacity to advise on both corporate and individual taxation. At associate level, Karen Gisler is a name to note.
