Work highlights

Acted for Bristol-Myers Squibb in patent litigation concerning apixaban, the active ingredient in the blockbuster product Eliquis.
Represented Takeda in a patent dispute before the Swiss Federal Patent Court, defending its basic patent for lisdexamfetamine and enforcing its SPC for Elvanse against Spirig.
