The group is jointly led by Stefan Kohler, known for his assured handling of complex patent disputes and cross-border enforcement, and Lorenz Ehrler, whose practice covers trade marks, designs, licensing and brand protection. The practice is further supported by experienced practitioner Rolf Auf der Maur, recognised for his ‘clear communication’ and ’good business acumen’ in copyright and trade mark litigation, as well as pharmaceutical and medtech patent specialist Angelina Rau, who joined the team in September 2024.
