ALTENBURGER LTD legal + tax's employment law practice is led by  Laurent Lehner, who advises a range of different clients on employment, immigration and social security matters. The team handles both contentious and non-contentious work, including restructurings, collective dismissals, internal investigations and cross-border employee transfers. In January 2025 Ralph Imoberdorf was promoted to partner, strengthening the team’s national presence. The group acts for clients across the manufacturing, financial-services and technology sectors and represents them before labour courts throughout Switzerland.
