Pestalozzi’s long-standing employment team advises clients across a broad range of employment, labour, and immigration issues, including on matters relating to senior executive employment agreements and disputes, sample agreements, and employment handbook issues. The team mainly acts for large domestic and foreign enterprises from an array of sectors such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, and food and beverages. Heading the practice is Martin L Müller, who specialises in the employment aspects of M&A transactions.
