The department is led by a trio: Guy Vermeil, who advises on domestic and international IT and outsourcing transactions, particularly the in banking sector; Lukas Morscher, a specialist in technology, financial services and business sourcing; and Jürg Simon, who handles a mix of privacy, IP and competition law. Nadja Guberan-Flühler departed from the firm in July 2024.
