Pestalozzi

Pestalozzi handles a steady flow of mandates involving privacy frameworks, data transfers, digital processes and emerging technologies. Practice head Michèle Burnier is well-versed across data protection, advertising and e-commerce, as well as unfair competition, IT and intellectual property matters. She is amply supported by the regulatory and competition-focused Joëlle Marciano, who joined the practice from Prager Dreifuss AG in January 2025.
