The group is co-chaired by Christian Kunz, an expert in data protection, cybersecurity, and technology law, with experience in cybercrime, data strategies, and data monetisation, and Corrado Rampini, who advises on data protection due diligence in M&A and capital markets transactions, as well as on the Swiss Data Protection Act and data transfers within international corporate groups. Jonas Bornhauser and Rehana Harasgama left the practice in April and June 2025, respectively.
