MLL Legal‘s construction practice, headed by Wolfgang Müller in Zurich and Philippe Prost in Geneva, focuses on a range of construction matters.  The work centres on advisory and regulatory guidance, and the team also handles construction disputes, including ICC arbitrations and litigation related to both acquisitions and projects. Thierry Amy combines expertise in both banking and real estate law, including related litigation, while Jacques Johner focuses his practice on real estate matters, with particular expertise in the public sector and public procurement law. Cosima Trabichet-Castan departed the firm in January 2025.
