Competition law is a cornerstone of Walder Wyss Ltd.'s offering, with the team well-equipped to advise on merger control proceedings, competition investigations, compliance programs and internal audits. The practice serves a diverse clientele across telecoms, media, banking, retail, healthcare, transport, energy, and infrastructure. It is co-chaired by Reto Jacobs, who advises on all areas of competition law, including representation before competition authorities, complex merger filings and compliance programs, alongside Monique Sturny, whose wide-ranging expertise spans merger control proceedings and supporting companies in establishing distribution systems and negotiating cooperation agreements. In April 2025, Tamara Zeiter, an administrative law specialist, rejoined the team.
