VISCHER advises both domestic and international clients, from multinational corporations to trade associations, on competition law compliance, investigations and regulatory matters. At the helm is Klaus Neff, who is well versed in all areas of Swiss and EU competition law, including cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, as well as merger control proceedings. In June 2025 Zoe Schibler joined the team, bringing expertise in implementing distribution systems and advising on regulatory issues, following the departure of Matthias Neumann in February.
