Advokatfirman Cederquist KB’s insolvency and restructuring offering covers workouts, restructurings, and distressed M&A/capital markets work, among other areas, with the group working closely with lawyers in the firm’s other departments to provide a comprehensive service. Per Henriksson, who is regularly instructed by borrowers and banks in restructuring matters, leads the team alongside Berndt Pettersson, who joined the firm in January 2024 from Advokatfirman Delphi. The practice was further strengthened by the arrival of Arthur Klintred from Linklaters in August 2024.
