Advised Region Stockholm on all merger control and antitrust aspects of its EUR 5,5 billion outsourcing of the operations of the St Göran emergency hospital.
Advised Vida AB, Sweden’s largest private sawmill group, on its acquisition of its rival AB Karl Hedin Sågverk, securing unconditional Phase I clearance from the Swedish Competition Authority.
