Advised SIBA Invest AB / Waldakt Aktiebolag in relation to a recommended public cash offer to the shareholders of Resurs Holding AB (publ) made by a bid consortium consisting of the PE-house CVC and the SIBA Invest AB controlled Waldakt.
Advising Viaplay Group on competition law issues arising from its acquisition of Telenor’s 50 percent stake in Allente Group (“Allente”), for a cash consideration of SEK 1.1 billion, as a result of which Viaplay will become the sole owner of Allente.
Advised Bredband2 i Skandinavien AB in connection with a public cash offer by Telia Company AB. The offer consideration values all shares in Bredband2 at SEK 3.1 billion.
