Retained to represent one of the shareholders of a multibillion international conglomerate in a high-value shareholders’ dispute litigated before courts in various European countries in efforts to attach and seize assets in an amount of approx. $1.3bn.
Representing SEB in a landmark case regarding damages claim from the Swedish Pensions Agency (the SPA). The SPA’s claim is based on SEB’s alleged liability as depositary for three investment funds concerning derivatives trades in 2012, and the SPA is bringing the claim in its capacity as unitholder in the investment funds on behalf of Swedish pension savers.
