The group advises clients in the technology, real estate and energy sectors, working on dual listings, share issuances and rights issuances in these spaces. The group is also noted in the market for its work on the issuer side on mandates within the ECM space. Jörgen S. Axelsson, based in Stockholm, co-heads the team and is highly regarded for his work in domestic and international IPOs, public takeovers and convertible bond issuances. Fellow co-head Marcus Nivinger is also based in Stockholm and has experience in advising on corporate governance matters.
