With broad experience covering IPO financings, restructurings, refinancings, and private equity fund financings, Oscar Liljeson focuses his practice on leveraged finance matters. He leads the team alongside debt capital markets specialist Michael Bark-Jones, who handles debt restructuring and acquisition finance mandates, among others. David Tayler’s varied practice spans acquisition finance work, public-to-private transactions, and real estate finance matters.
