The team is under the joint leadership of four partners: Madrid-based Alfredo Fernández Rancaño and Victoria Esteban, the latter of whom advises on permits, regulatory matters and administrative proceedings; David Sanz Pérez in Barcelona, who assists with environmental, procurement and administrative matters; and José Segarra García-Argüelles in Valencia, who supports clients on environmental reviews, contaminated soils and sanctioning procedures.
