EY Abogados‘ labour and employment capabilities have been bolstered by the arrival of newly appointed practice head Silvia Bauzá, who joined from A&O Shearman in April 2025. She brings with her considerable experience in restructurings, judicial proceedings, and the labour aspects of M&A transactions. Bauzá joins a well-established team comprising litigation and collective negotiation specialist Raúl García, Eva Sainz, who regularly advises on investigations, and Nicolás Chacón, who excels in matters concerning international transfers. Alejandro Gil joined from Maio Legal in November 2025.
