EY Abogados‘ labour and employment capabilities have been bolstered by the arrival of newly appointed practice head Silvia Bauzá, who joined from A&O Shearman in April 2025. She brings with her considerable experience in restructurings, judicial proceedings, and the labour aspects of M&A transactions. Bauzá joins a well-established team comprising Eva Sainz, who regularly advises on investigations. Alejandro Gil joined from Maio Legal in November 2025. Raúl García and Nicolás Chacón left the firm in September 2o26.
