- The banking and finance team at Evergreen Legal, led by Alberto Campo and Yurena Medina, stands out for its exceptional combination of technical rigour, strategic vision, and close client relationships. What truly makes this practice unique is its ability to offer sophisticated and creative solutions in complex transactions, always keeping in mind the business objectives and practical needs of the companies they work with.'
- ‘One of Evergreen Legal's greatest assets lies in the human and professional qualities of its team. Yurena Medina stands out for her distinctly commercial and client-oriented profile: she quickly grasps the strategic needs of each transaction and knows how to translate them into clear, viable legal solutions aligned with business objectives. Her ability to build trust, facilitate communication between the parties, and anticipate potential obstacles makes her a key figure in the success of transactions.'
- ‘What sets this practice apart is that it is simply unparalleled. At the helm is Alberto Campo, a senior partner with over 20 years of experience in the financial world. He is not only a brilliant lawyer, but also a professional with a business and financial vision rarely seen in the sector. This ability to see the big picture, beyond the legal framework, is what provides real added value to clients.'
- ‘The differentiating factor lies in the combination of experience, emerging talent, and a team culture that puts the client first. Unlike other competitors, there's no standardised service here: each client receives personalised attention, with dedication and quality that rival those of large firms, but with the freshness and flexibility of an expanding team. I would highlight the role of Alberto Campo.’
