The team at VWV has extensive experience in assisting GP practices with a wide spectrum of matters. The group regularly acts on non-contentious and contentious matters, and counts property, partnership, finance and judicial review work as core areas of strength. Ben Willis leads the team, and often handles the development and funding of freehold and leasehold GP surgeries. Oliver Pool specialises in partnership disputes and contractual arrangements between practices and the NHS. Gemma Pouncy made partner in September 2024.
