The department is headed by Simon Elliman, with ‘vast experience’ in spinal cord injury, cauda equina syndrome and birth injury claims. The Somerset-based team has a unique specialism in dental negligence work, led by Naomi Todd. Kerstin Scheel’s specialist interest is in Groups A and B strep infection cases as well as cerebral palsy cases, while Paul Rumley addresses general claims as well as medical claims involving genetic conditions.
