With notable expertise in assisting tech and life sciences start and scale ups, VWV handles a broad range of transactional work within their corporate offering, commercial contracts, as well as, general corporate and commercial matters. The team is co-led by Robert Collier and Doug Locke; Collier provides a robust practice advising on M&As, private equity and venture capital investments, as well as matters of corporate governance.
