- Advised on a matter related to vessels trading with EU nations under the EU-ETS regulations and foreign exchange issues, including advice on the potential consequences and regulations surrounding a Korean shipping entity's procurement of emission allowances from the EU market under the Act on Korea Foreign Exchange Laws.
- Advised on a case involving an employee of a subcontractor to the Incheon Port Authority (IPA) who died while working on a floodgate repair project, representing the IPA and its representative during the appeal process and successfully defending the case.
