Dentons represents major retail clients, including Sainsbury’s and John Lewis, development companies and housebuilders, as well as major infrastructure sector clients on a broad range of matters spanning the drafting and negotiation of new leases, to conditional purchases, and promotion agreements for development land. Robert Wyatt heads the practice group and is a key name for public sector clients, currently spearheading a team which manages a portfolio of over one thousand government properties. Counsel Lorna Rogers is recognised for her work with major occupier, investment and retail clients, whilst Daniel Lowen predominantly focuses on acting for retail, hotel and leisure, and public sector occupiers.
