Based in Tunbridge Wells, the family team at Cripps ‘has strength from juniors to seniors’. Team members handle the full range of financial and children matters, including disputes for unmarried couples, and work closely with the firm's private wealth, property, and corporate teams to advise on wealth preservation through pre and post-nuptial agreements, an area of strength for team head Helen Fisher. The team grew in October 2024 with the arrival of Gail Brooks, formerly of Knights, whose expertise spans complex financial matters and hostile Children Act matters, as well as offering the one lawyer one couple service. Alex Davies departed the team to Wedlake Bell LLP in October 2024, and Katy-Louise Allen made the move to Family Law Partners in November 2024.
