
Boyes Turner deals with a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, handling shareholder, construction and IT litigation, among others, often being instructed on disputes with a cross-border element. The team is led by Rowan Turrall, who's specialism in construction and technology-related disputes, form the core of her practice. Phillip Baldwin leverages his offshore experience to augment his commercial disputes work, while Rachel Brown is noted for her expertise in IT matters. Gary Parkinson re-joined the firm in December 2024 and serves as head of property disputes.
