Work highlights
Advised in a complex historical sexual abuse case, which was father on daughter, with brother having witnessed some of what occurred and being the victim of child cruelty. Both suffered with Mental Health the son being particularly affected. This involved s.28 hearings, a hearsay application, a large number of witnesses and exhibits.
