Ments attorneys real estate practice has a particular focus on logistics and commercial leases, having advised multiple clients on major shopping and retail centres in the Slovak Republic, as well as the Czech Republic over the past year. The team has also been active in real estate development, covering services related to due diligence, zoning regulation and financing. Founding partner Peter Makýš leads the practice and specialises in commercial real estate matters, while Lukáš Michálik navigates real estate acquisitions and lease negotiations for commercial clients.
