Having recently bolstered its real estate team after the completed acquisition of Noerr, Kinstellar expertly advises leading domestic and international clients on a range of services encompassing land sales, planning and development, negotiation of agreements with constructors, as well as tax advice and tax structuring for real estate M&A deals. The team benefits from its close collaboration with both its banking and finance department and M&A practice to provide clients with a ‘full service under one roof.’ Roman Oleksik leads the team alongside Dáša Labašová, with Oleksik experienced in a variety of services including property litigation, lease agreements and purchases, while Labasova leads the real estate services line in the Slovak office. Viliam Myšička is the managing partner and is focused on real estate M&A, and Tomáš Melišek  focuses on transactions and real estate financing.
