Work highlights

Representing Unipec Singapore Pte in five different interpleaders where multiple parties are claiming ownership of oil cargo laden on board four vessels worth over $300m and stored in an oil terminal.
Represented United Overseas Bank in a misdelivery claim before the Singapore High Court against the owner and/or demise charterer of the vessel Maersk Katalin and Winson Oil Trading for $39.3m.
Defended Nebula Shipping Pte Ltd against a collision action in China where the claim amount was worth at least RMB 200 million, which resulted in the plaintiff withdrawing the action in Singapore altogether with costs.
