Norton Rose Fulbright has expanded its senior bench with the promotion of Aditya Rebbapragada to the partnership along with the relocation of Ben Carrozzi to Singapore from London; he was also elevated to partner status in 2025. Carrozzi brings extensive offshore wind expertise to the Singapore team, while Rebbapragada has a background in ECA and commercial bank-driven project financings across Asia Pacific. The broader team remains active in renewables, energy transition and circular economy projects around the region. It has worked on a series of carbon capture and storage (CCS), green ammonia and hydrogen, and material recycling plant projects. It continues to be recognised for its power expertise in India and Bangladesh, and large-scale infrastructure projects in Asia and Africa. Digital infrastructure and data centre projects are another forte. Andrew Digges is an experienced figure in project structuring and project contracts (including construction, concession and power purchase agreements), and has long track record in Indonesia. Nick Merritt heads the team and is a leading name in project finance across energy, infrastructure and mining.
