Dentons Rodyk has a background in solar, wind, hydropower, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and waste-to-power. It has worked on a series of headline projects, including subsea cables, data centres, sustainability-linked project financings and oil and gas asset acquisitions. With a number of fluent mandarin speakers, the Singapore team has built close connections to Chinese state-owned enterprises in the power and infrastructure sectors. It has an established record in India, Indonesia and throughout Southeast Asia and the broader Asia Pacific region. Jonathan Guwe is co-head of the project finance, energy and infrastructure practices with a particularly strong record in Singapore, Indonesia and Vietnam projects. Ron Oong is co-head of project finance and infrastructure. Ng Teng Wei was appointed head of energy in January 2025. Joo Thye Tan is now a consultant in the team.
