Advising across industries such as technology, education, and media, the team at Dentons Rodyk acts for employers in employment issues arising during restructurings, mergers or downsizing exercises. The team also handles remuneration and termination issues. Edric Pan co-heads the team, handling a wide range of matters including employment disputes and professional disciplinary proceedings. Practice co-head I-An Lim’s portfolio consists of advising education institutions on their ongoing human resource and employment matters, while fellow co-head Ray Chiang’s work includes drafting senior executive employment contracts, reviewing employment handbooks and assisting with negotiations with trade unions.
