The group handles the structuring, formation and restructuring of onshore and offshore private investment funds spanning private credit, hedge, private equity, venture capital and real estate strategies, as well as seeding, revenue-share arrangements, secondary transactions and securities offering arrangements. Anne Yeo, who leads the practice, is noted for her extensive experience across the lifecycle of fund establishment and operation, acting for a wide range of asset managers on complex structuring and regulatory mandates.
