A ‘reactive and commercial’ team, Rajah & Tann Asia’s Singapore practice is known for handling high-value international arbitration work in the energy, construction and technology spaces. The team is co-headed by Kelvin Poon, SC, an expert in international commercial and investor-state arbitration who sits on the SIAC panel regularly handling Indian-related arbitrations as well as arbitrations in Singapore.
