Work highlights

Represented Samsung C&T Corporation in an $60m SIA arbitration against a specialist mechanical and electrical sub-contractor in relation to a major mixed-use development being one of the largest shopping malls in Singapore.
Successfully represented Samsung C&T Corporation in a Singapore seated ICC arbitration proceedings against its subcontractor for disputes in relation to and arising out of a mechanical and piping works subcontract at a combined-cycle power plant project in Jurong Island, Singapore.
Acted for Muhibbah Engineering in relation to a Singapore seated SIAC arbitration against its consortium partner, an international contractor, for disputes in relation to and arising out of the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) works for the improvement of an LNG regasification terminal in Malaysia.
