Advising on the construction of a building in Belgrade, Serbia for mixed-use with net surface exceeding 17,000 sqm – on purchasing the land, due diligence exercise, permitting and zoning issues, as well as drafted sale and purchase agreements and reservation agreements for end customers, and prepared drafts of design and construction contracts.
Advising on the planning to develop a mixed-use facility valued at over EUR 50m with a surface exceeding 50,000 sqm for housing a big residential building and two business/commercial towers in the centre of Belgrade’s business district Novi Beograd – on due diligence exercise and all aspects of the transaction including the structuring, the preliminary agreement and the fulfilment of CPs and CSs which is still ongoing.
