Moravcevic Vojnovic and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr's six-strong IP group was recently mandated by IT companies and start-ups on AI-related IP issues. The practice, which also has notable media, beauty and fashion sector expertise, covers trade mark registrations, illegal streaming, online infringements and complex IP litigation, as well as copyright, unfair competition and transaction-related IP work. IP and unfair commercial practices specialist Andrea Radonjanin leads the team, which includes Andrej Zoric, who assists with trade mark and design portfolio protection, and IP, privacy and AI practitioner Marija Lukić.
