Work highlights
Advised Telekom Srbija on its acquisition of Net TV Plus (IPTV/OTT), DTH services in Serbia and North Macedonia, and Sport Klub rights licenses in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia from United Group as part of a EUR 1.5bn transaction.
Advised the Government of Serbia as local legal counsel on the financial structuring and regulatory framework for a renewable energy project, in collaboration with international counsel Akin.
