Advising EnQuest on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of each of Premier Oil Vietnam BV and Premier Oil Vietnam Limited, that in aggregate hold a 53.125% equity interest in the Chim Sáo and Dua production fields in Vietnam, from Harbour Energy.
Advising Petrofac on the negotiation of a Technical Services Contract (valued at $350m) with GEPetrol (NOC of Equatorial Guinea) related to Block B, Offshore Equatorial Guinea, which GEPetrol is taking over operatorship of following relinquishment by ExxonMobil.
