Zamakhchary & Co’s dispute resolution team is renowned for its expertise in administrative, regulatory and tax disputes, both in the public and private sectors. The team benefits from a diverse group of bilingual lawyers, who hold qualifications from Saudi Arabia, the UK and the US. The team is led by Abdulatif AlHarthi, whose previous experience working with the Board of Grievances has enhanced the firm’s capabilities handling high-level administrative disputes. AlHarthi is joined by co-head Sarah Gonem who specialises in commercial litigation, and Muneerah Alwahbi who leads advocacy. The team has expanded by hiring tax dispute specialist Osama Kurdi who joined in June 2024.
