Khoshaim & Associates’s dispute resolution team frequently represents key Saudi and multinational corporations in some of the largest arbitration cases in the Kingdom, as well as high-stakes matters before the Saudi Arabian Supreme Court and Commercial Court. The team act for clients on a wide range of disputes, with particular expertise in bankruptcy, competition, corporate and employment matters. The practice is co-led by managing partner Zeyad Khoshaim, an expert in litigation strategy, international arbitration and risk assessment, alongside newly promoted partner Abdullah Alajlan, whose recent focus has predominantly been on disputes in the energy and industrial sectors.
